Shipping fees are added to your Total when you complete the checkout process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Most orders ship within 14 days of purchase, once your credit card has been authorized. HoopStamps.com ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you.

In the body of your message, please include your full name and address, as they appear in your order summary.
We use the U.S. Postal Service for most of our ground and air deliveries. On occasion we may ship via the UPS if it will result in a faster delivery to you.
Shipping and Billing Addresses
Due to issues of card fraud and the rapidly changing coin and precious metals market, orders may NOT be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to credit card fraud and import/export restrictions, we do NOT ship to addresses outside the United States.
Return Policy
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment,

We will accept returns on products damaged during shipping.
Please email our Customer Service team for instructions. We
will either credit your account or send a replacement for
the damaged item. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason we will accept returns on any unopened
packages and issue a credit. Please email our Customer Service
team at support@hoopstamps.com for instructions.
Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax (8.625%) on all merchandise and shipping fees for orders shipped within New York state, in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.
