How do I place an order?
After adding an item to your shopping cart, simply click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, enter your credit card number and billing information, then specify a shipping address to which your order will be delivered. Click the "Next" button to confirm your order information, and click on the "Submit Order" button to place your order. It's that easy!

How quickly will I receive my order?
Shipping of items in stock usually takes place within 2 weeks of purchase, once your credit card has been authorized. We ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or backorder items may require additional time for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel an order during regular business hours (Monday- Thursday from 9:00am - 5:30pm ET, and Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm ET) by calling our Customer Service team toll free at 1-800-414-1198. Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed and shipped, our Customer Service team will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling fees will ONLY be refunded for cancelled orders if the merchandise has not yet been shipped. Your satisfaction is our goal.

What is Backorder?
Some very popular items may not be in stock when you place your order. Whenever possible, we offer the convenience of Backorder for these items. Here is how it works. When the item becomes available, we will ship it to you automatically. We'll bill your credit card on the shipping date, not before that date. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the item is shipped out to you.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address - this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement, which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept checks and money orders submitted by postal mail. Checks may take approximately 1 - 3 weeks to process. Please send all checks and money orders by certified mail. We will not be held be responsible for the loss of payments sent via postal mail. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept cash payments at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise (including shipping fees) for orders shipped within New York state, in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.

How do I return an item?
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an item. We accept returns on items within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund to the original form of payment (i.e., credit or debit card) for the item purchase price plus tax. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. Shipping and handling fees will ONLY be refunded if the return is due to our error, or if the merchandise was damaged during shipping.

Please note: We can not be held responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges. In order to expedite a prompt refund, please insure your package with the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you choose to return your order by insured mail, please request a confirmation of delivery number.
